We helped this client re-evaluate their schedule and budget based on a more realistic assessment of their requirement complexity and desired customization levels.  We brought in a business scenario based and collaborative development methodology to quickly prototype and demonstrate business processes and significantly improve the quality of the client's system design.

 

We worked with an offshore software development company to reduce system customization costs and implemented a performance measurement and management process to ensure the company delivered as promised

New Assembly / Shipping Line

 

Craigsson David Consulting assisted a client build a new build-to-order assembly and shipping line at a European warehouse to take advantage of labor cost advantages in this market and provide faster market response time in European markets

We worked with our client's business partner to develop the interfaces needed to maintain appropriate inventory levels, process assembly orders, and electronic invoicing.

We developed our client's internal processes for cost tracking / reporting, cash management, accounts receivable, and invoicing interface monitoring and error remediation

We assisted this client with limited processing assembly line pilot and on-site support for initial cutover of the system

Craigsson David Consulting assisted a Fortune 500 Company with Software Quality Management for an ERP Implementation

We assisted this client to develop quality standards for project documentation artifacts (ie development specifications, configuration documentation, and business scenarios). 

We established the client's testing methodology and defined the Mercury Quality Center (now HP ALM) processes, procedures, and reporting capabilities  to ensure requirements traceability to the test scripts and results for all phases of testing.
